Tomlinson Park in Brea is a newer development of single family homes located near Central Avenue and Berry Street. This community of 250 homes were built between 2002-2003 and was constructed as a planned community. There is a gated community pool and spa area in the center of the community. There is a public park called Founders Park with a large soccer field sized open grass area in the center of the community. Also, the park area features a full court basketball court and a tot lot with a rock climbing wall and two playground structures in a large sand pit area. Additionally, there are two enclosed tennis courts with light standards for night play. This community is assigned to all of the high demand schools of Brea including: Mariposa Elementary, Brea Junior High, and Brea Olinda High School.
